If something included in the agreed cleaning scope appears to have been missed, contact us promptly with photographs. We will review the concern and, where appropriate, arrange for the relevant area to be rectified.
Cleaning cannot reverse permanent staining, damage, worn finishes, failed sealant, discoloured grout or maintenance issues. Results may also be limited where areas are inaccessible, utilities are unavailable or the property remains in active use.
